Hey CFQ. We're going to go back in time to re-test an OPEN workout from 2013! Anyone remember this one? The numbers for the snatch weights from HWPO were a little off, so I've adjusted them based off of the CrossFit Games website.
We'll get sweaty in the workout and finish off with some front squats.
Take a look through the snatch weights, which increase through the workout, and try to choose a finishing weight that you can lift. You may not get to the final weight in 17:00, but you don't want to be failing snatches here!
