We're Wednesday deep CFQ! Another go at our Bar Muscle up/Upper body pulling endurance. Try to maintain a more measured approach to these gymnastics, i.e. don't come out too hot. Focus on maintaining the full body tension that we talk about each week. 1:00 of max "ups" doesn't mean it has to be unbroken. Do two strong sets in a minute instead one larger, sloppy set.
