Ok. So a 5km row doesn't seem like the most fun...we have to keep in mind that it's important to work these longer duration monostructural pieces into our daily training. Besides, we get to jump off every 2 mins and do some heavy dips! Keep your focus, row steady, get those dips in and get right back on the machine.
