Another big one coming down the line. Note the CRAZY double under volume. Not for everyone, ok, and certainly not necessary. If you have dubs but they aren't your bread and butter, choose the 75/round option and you'll still get a healthy 375 reps in. More than enough! Trust us.
This looks like a fun 3 min interval workout with a teaser 1 min break between! Work hard, take a break and get right back on it. Choose a HSPU option that allows you to get some decent reps in.
