Wednesday, Ol' Hump Day. 08012025

Hey CFQ! Great start to the year so far!

You may have noticed that we have some of your 2025 goals up on the whiteboard at the gym! It's helpful to keep these in mind as we work towards bettering ourselves and occasionally need a little reminder. If you're not up there yet and would like to add one, send Michael a message and he'll make it happen=)

We're getting our squats in this week via a longer metcon today. A third of the total workout time is rest, so you know the name of the game is to work hard and earn the breaks.

We're getting into CrossFit Open prep now, which means we're tuning up our engines (cardiovascular endurance and stamina). These two general physical skills are the easiest to train and improve upon...all you need is a good attitude and some determination, both of which I already know you all have in great quantity!
